    I was feeling weak and sleepy every day and lately my workouts weren't fun at all. First time I used it I mixed with my pre-workout (C4) and didn't work at alleven got clogged at the bottom of my bottle.     This is the first review I have ever given so something has to really impress me for me to take the time to do this. I work out 6 days a week as hard as anyone I know.   • Prevents muscle cramping on long runs

    I've run somewhere between 25 and 30 marathons since 1993 and I used to have fits with cramping quadriceps sometime after mile 20 until I started using Cytomax. The electrolyte replacement made all the difference.
