Great!The absolute best weight gainer protein. Both the quality of the ingredients and the taste are without competition. It disolves into milk and becomes like a vanilla milk, no chunks. My only complaint is they are frequently out of stock.
Also if you look online for the best weight gainers this is absent from the list... I have no idea why because all the other ones I have tried are trash. If you haven't tried Russian bear 5000 you have stumbled upon a hidden gem once you try it you won't ever go back to another brand. -
