Russian bear multivitamin is much better than any of the multivitamins I’ve encountered
With most multivitamins I’ve taken over the years I’ve rarely noticed much of any difference in how I felt and during my annual physicals without taking these my blood results almost always indicate multiple vitamin and mineral deficiencies. While taking these I’ve always felt an actual difference in a variety of health categories and generally had better blood test results even which to me at least suggests that this is the most effective multivitamin available. Other people may react better to other multivitamins than I have but for me this product is well worth the extra price.
