Solid muscle recovery supplement
Started taking ZMA Pro approximately 7 weeks ago, and the progress I've seen so far has been great. My biceps have increased by 3/4 of an inch and my squat weight has shot up considerably. I used to hit 4 sets of 7 with 365.... but since then I have felt strong enough to increase to 405 and perform with the same sets/reps. Definitely a buy again, also helps me sleep and an extra energy boost when I wake up. Great product
It knocks me out
With my schedule and mostly working out after work/before bed its nearly impossible to take on empty stomach or without calcium (protein shake). So I can not say if this supplement works other then knocking me out when I can take it.

works great lifts are heavier than ever the only downside is that I have bouts of aggression and mood swings. didnt occur often but they would be short and stressful.
