Directions
WOMEN: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.

Definitely feel something
No side effects but I do feel more umph at the gym for my 5am workouts. I'm trying to eat better as well but I feel like after 3-4 weeks on this I might be leaning out a bit. I'm definitely buying more because I've noticed zero bad effects so far
