Jury is still out
I've been taking this daily. While I do think that I am calmer during the day after a morning dose I haven't noticed it helping at night as much. I started taking it as recommended by a local health food store to alleviate jaw clenching at night. It really hasn't helped with that in particular but does calm during the day without a "druggy" feeling.
