Not prescribing. I take 2 capsules daily morning/night on empty stomach. Helps reduce my hand shaking and feeling of weakness. My condition improved with regular use over time. Noticed improvement after 2-3 weeks of daily use. Noticed increase shaking after 1 week of not using. Check with your medical practitioner. It helps me.
