Results don't happen overnight!
It still has some grit at end but that's to be expected. Other than that it mixes well, really tasteless, & the quantity is there for the price! The biggest notice for me is the increase in progressive overload days, cutting, & helping with muscle recovery over the last 5 wks! I've restocked & would recommend!
