1 pill per meal during precontest helps preserve muscle mass.

Accelerates Recovery Time
This product is awesome for people who routinely do intense workouts in successive days. The muscle breakdown is greatly reduced and even on the fourth or fifth straight day the strength and stamina is still there. Definitely worth the price.
