Says to take 2 before and 2 after. I usually just take 2 before and it works wonders
great value BCAA's
I take these pre and post workout to help recovery and prevent injury. It does help with my energy and I can tell a difference since taking them that my recovery is better. I also have better endurance with this supplement. One bottle lasts me over a month. Great product!!
