Each easy-to-swallow softgel provides no less than 412 mg omega-3 and 250 mg omega-6 fatty acids, plus 134 mg oleic acid, an omega-9 fatty acid.
Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil and flaxseed oil have been cited recently for contributing to cardiovascular health. Omega-6 EFAs have been reported to support healthy skin and joint function. And omega-9 fatty acids, particularly oleic acid, have been found to be an integral component of the healthful Mediterranean diet.
