Not sure what Ultra 40 is good for...
... but eating liver is an alpha male behavior, right? Since actual liver tastes like eating nails, this is the next best thing. I'm gonna say that you don't really feel or notice much, I was hoping this stuff would help me blast through a plateau I've been at for like 4 months. Nah. But all in all, my digestion is a little more regular. And I'm buying it again as I ramp up for another month except this time with some more heavy-duty hormonal supplements. Let's see what happens.
