Men
up to 200 lbs: 2-3 Scoops per day
over 200 lbs: 3-4 Scoops per day

For best mixing results and taste, pour 8 fluid ounces of filtered water into a shaker cup. Add 1 scoop of Xtend. Cover or close the shaker cup. Swirl the shaker to create a vortex effect and draw the Xtend powder into solution. Then, once the Xtend powder has fallen into solution, shake vigorously for about 25 shakes. Enjoy! For endurance athletes that may add Xtend to their hydration pack, it is recommended that Xtend be mixed in a shaker cup or pitcher and then poured into the hydration pack (as opposed to mixing directly within the hydration pack, as doing so may cause the hydration tubing to become blocked).     Best mixing BCAAs I've used. Some BCAA products don't mix well and float at the top of the shaker, not these. They mix well and taste great! The Blue Raspberry is my go to intra-workout drink.

    Quality

    Xtend is my favorite brand of BCAA. I do a 1/2-1 scoop of these and the same with an EAA. This brand is effective, has the best flavors and I like how they don't use an "amino blend" like a lot of brands.

    I've had the grape, pineapple, strawberry kiwi and blood orange flavors. All good!

    mixes easily unlike some other bcaa's i've tried-i say that because i've had some stuff that seemed like it had water repellent in it and all but refused to mix. proven ratio of bcaa's and lots of other goodies in Xtend. blue raspberry is delicious.

    I've taken Xtend for about a year now with workouts and during wrestling meets and definitely keeps my energy up and electrolyte levels where they need to be. I take pre-workout, then drink Xtrend bcaa throughout my workout and the taste is amazing, I've had quite a few flavors and they never disappoint.

    Quality

    I go with the Xtend lemon lime but I imagine all the flavors are on point! I take it pre-workout with a bit of Creatine Monohydrate and Beta-Alanine mixed in and also intra-workout with just the normal scoop. I'd like to think my workouts are above average with high intensity and The Xtend Scivation keeps me going. Nothing but gains is all I see but it really depends on your diet and workout intensity! I highly recommend trying this BCAA mix and you won't be disappointed.

    I like taking Xtend BCAAs during my workouts. I like the electrolytes which help since I am a salty sweater. Fruit punch flavor is recommended.
