Is R1 Pre Amino an amino acid or pre-workout?
It is actually a little of both. R1 Pre Amino is a combination supplement combining essential amino acids with invigorating green tea and coffee fruit extracts. A one scoop dose delivers a 6 g amino acid blend plus about as much caffeine as a strong cup of coffee. A two scoop dose doubles the aminos and brings the energy levels on par with many pre-workouts. When do I use R1 Pre Amino?
