Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2.5 grams (2 & 1/2 scoops) 45 minutes to an hour prior to working out or take 1.5 grams (1 and 1/2 scoops) prior to working out and 1 scoop spaced approximately 8 hours before or after. Betaine Anhydrous (otherwise known as Trimethylglycine, aka TMG) has been taking the fitness industry by storm the last few months, and for good reason as illustrated by recent studies.
Betaine anhydrous is an organic osmolyte, acting as an important cofactor in methylation. This is important because methylation is a process that occurs in every cell of humans to synthesize and donate methyl groups for other processes in the body.
