SlumberificI am a warrior by nature and have a difficult time falling asleep most nights. I have many space-time quests to peruse, you see. But, a scoop or two of this makes this wild woman sleepy enough to let go of vengeance until the morning.
Eaa sleepProduct works well. Puts me to sleep most nights. Sometimes I can’t sleep because I go to the bathroom a lot during the night. But I can feel the tiredness. Like a dream! pun intended!This product, for me at least, works wonderful. I have tried Melatonin, natural and non-natural sleep aids and even worse is working out late at night, sometimes hard to feel relaxed and fall asleep, also to stay asleep. I take one scoop about 15-20 minutes before I intend to go to bed and it has help train myself again to fall asleep at a certain time and to wake up refreshed at the time I need to. If it works as good as it has for me and possibly worth at least trying it if you also have trouble sleeping/ relaxing, enough said! And the bonus, it has all that good stuff to help you recover and grow, what more can you ask for?
