GABA (1g)

    I have taken melatonin for a while and this products has a lower dose than what I am used to, so I didn’t think it made me very sleepy. When I did fall asleep I definitely noticed that my sleep was much deeper and I dreamed the entire night. Overall I felt better rested in the morning compared to melatonin alone. The taste of the product is very good. It didn’t mix all the way but it wasn’t gritty at the same time.
