so far so goodI was looking for an iron supplement to my regular multivitamin. This one is working out great. Does not upset my stomach even when taken on an empty stomach. I try to take it with Vitamin C so I'll eat it with something light like applesauce or a fruit roll-up. Another plus it has dong quai and red raspberry leaf both great things for women's health.
