Effective and inexpensive.

At 70 I live like 40 and I mind my checkups. Finding that my system doesn't process the lactose in the milk products that I love so much (get it tested). Lactose free milk, yogurt and cheese one can find at the supermarket but not ice cream! Dairy Digest complete fixed that!
