The only problem I had was that the all the soft-gels melted or all stuck together into one big mass of soft-gels clumped together. I think it was because I ordered them in June and they were shipped in hot weather. So, I recommend ordering at cooler times or having them shipped with an ice-pack or insulated envelope it it is in hot weather.
