(1) Erythritol: is a naturally occurring sugar found in melon, grapes, mushrooms, soy, and wine. Erythritol is processed through a natural fermentation process. (3) Maltodextrin: is a complex molecule, unlike simple sugars, such as dextrose. Rated against the glycemic index, maltodextrin shows a much slower release into the bloodstream than do typical sugars, such as glucose.
