Yohimbe is the bark of an African tree that's been used to treat erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure and other medical conditions. It can also be used to increase energy and promote weight loss. Yohimbe increases levels of norepinephrine, a hormone that's associated with higher libido, arousal and sexual desire.
