Saw Palmetto

Saw palmetto is a small palm tree native to North America. Its fruit contains an extract that has been used for more than 200 years as a drug treatment for enlarged prostate glands. Current clinical evidence indicates saw palmetto may be effective in treating the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, such as frequent urination and nighttime bathroom trips, as well as chronic pelvic pain, painful urination, and migraine.
