Great for appetite suppressionI take 2 fitmiss in the morning and a protein shake and practically could skip breakfast which once was my hungrier times, no snacks needed till lunch. Could even push lunch back till 3pm. I take 2 more pills before lunch. The suppression is A+ but the energy is not as expected. I take coffee in the morning with the pills, and could use another coffee to get past 3pm slump. I need more energy to workout after work.
