CytoSport CytoGainerThe best weight gainer everyThis product is one of my favorite weight gainers. Even though it says to take 4 scoops with 16oz of water/milk I would recommend halving your dosage. The reason i say this is because your body can not consume 54g of protein at a time it can only handle around 32ish the rest will just be peed out. If you are wanting to gain weight I would recommend you drink this shake as recommended on the

I don't recommend using the four scoops. I always used 1 1/2 to two scoops with milk and drunk it slowly. throughout a workout and after. Works great but with water tastes bad.
