Ingredients: Hypomellose, Silica, Magnesium Stearate.

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules with breakfast, and 3 capsules with lunch daily. While there are no known adverse effects when taken continually, this product should be taken for no more than 12 weeks continually without a 4 week off period.
