            I take pre workout (30 Mins). Definitely gives me that extra little pump & complete body tingle (in a good way) I have been staying an extra 15-20 mins in the gym evry day working on secondary muscle group. Higher intensity workouts over the last couple of weeks as well. Just switched over from Altered State by Muscle Asylum (not bad either). I would recommend this product. If I were newer to this type of product I would start with about half of the stated serving size until I figured out what my body is comfortable with and go from there. Hope this helps.

              Combine with Aplodan and Gakic. Do 1/2 recommend does for all three products about an hour before workout.

              Be prepared for monster workouts, without that stimulant feeling!

              Recovery has really improved, do not use more than 2-3 times per week!
