It is also very durable and you should expect to be having it for a long time. The only thing I would say I hate about this product is the fact that not everyone has it.

Comments about iProtein Shaker Cup, 20 Oz.: What can you say about a shaker? This one is like most others but one thing is you better have the lid on good and tight. It doesn't seal very well. The plastic plate inside to break up the powder doesn't fit too well. It sinks into the shaker which isn't a plus when your trying to shake your mix. Pros
