This is basically the same exact pill as the original Xena_____ pill that was released in the 90's. It really helps reduce hunger and you can feel the thermogenic effect on your body. You have to start out slowly and work your way up on the pills, otherwise you get jitters, and/or a headache. Every time I've needed to lose weight, these are what I have used, and they've never failed. My old roommate lost about 100 pounds using these...he changed nothing else about his lifestyle, just took these pills.

Seems to work best on an empty stomach to curb hunger but very little energy boost, I had to combine with extra caffeine for a boost.

Overall a very solid product. Great for fat loss and works fast. The only downside is that, with most thermogenics, the body builds up a tolerance and after several weeks of use it must be temporarily discontinued to maintain its effectiveness. But, still the best fat burner I've used since the original Xenadrine with Ephedra was taken off the market. If you need a fat burner, this is it!
