I started using this product a few years ago as an energy booster for work the morning after a night of drinking, but since Nov 2009 have used regularly for weight loss. I started at 240lbs back in November of 09 and today (Jan 11) I'm down to 195 lbs. I do run about 10 miles every week and still drink on weekends but zantrex did wonders for my weight loss when I started using it as a dietary supplement. I started taking it twice daily before breakfast and lunch and it does help decrease my appetite and I also quit chewing tobacco which these pills helped me not snack since I cut the nicotine out of my daily routine. At first they did speed my heart rate up quite a bit and I did find the niacin in them to cause me to itch sometimes and did give me a small amount of jitters soon after consumption but after a few months my body got used to them and the side effects dissipated. I do recommend them for anyone trying to lose weight and stop snacking, I lost about 10-15 pounds quickly and over the last year about 45 pounds. Awesome Product!

this product may prove to be unsafe in the future as a lot of fat burners have in the past. but so far so good

no fat burners help you lose fat unless you also keep your calories and insulin down as well! this product not only takes fat off between the skin and muscle but also out the muscle as well which may or may not be what you personally want!
