The Next Generation Recovery And Sleep Support!

ZMA-5 is the next generation in recovery and sleep aid supplementation. This innovative new formula combines ZMA with the amino acid 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) to create a synergistic and highly potent combination of ingredients. The zinc, magnesium and vitamin B-6 contained in ZMA are all three co-factors in the conversion of 5-HTP to the hormone serotonin, an important neurotransmitter that helps to regulate mood and sleep. I've tried other ZMA products with good results. The ZMA-5 however I see a noticeable difference the quality of sleep and being refreshed in the morning. Sleeeeeep like a baby.

Seems to help achieve a deeper sleep, not sure about the other claims of improved recovery, muscle building, etc. Haven't tried regular ZMA so not sure if ZMA-5 works better or not.
