        I'm a 6ft,215lb,55yr. old Male, and use this product religiously.
        I'd recommend it to anyone Male or Female.
        It gives an instant energy boost, and definitely increased desire.
        I take it first thing in the morning and again late afternoon with fine results.
        Some might not like the taste, but personally I do and my girlfriend does also!
        Great stuff!
