Q: How much Xtend should I consume for it to be most effective?

DOSING CHART

Men
up to 200 lbs: 2-3 Scoops per day
over 200 lbs: 3-4 Scoops per day

Women
up to 125 lbs: 1-2 Scoops per day
over 125 lbs: 1-3 Scoops per day

For best mixing results and taste, pour 8 fluid ounces of filtered water into a shaker cup. Add 1 scoop of Xtend. Cover or close the shaker cup. Swirl the shaker to create a vortex effect and draw the Xtend powder into solution. Then, once the Xtend powder has fallen into solution, shake vigorously for about 25 shakes. Enjoy! For endurance athletes that may add Xtend to their hydration pack, it is recommended that Xtend be mixed in a shaker cup or pitcher and then poured into the hydration pack (as opposed to mixing directly within the hydration pack, as doing so may cause the hydration tubing to become blocked). NOTE: If you find that some of the BCAA material settles at the bottom of the shaker cup, you may not have used the correct dilution ratio of 1 scoop of Xtend per 8 fluid ounce of water.

        I received the new formula of xTend, green apple explosion and it is way too sweet. The instructions say to mix 1 scoop per 8 oz of water but if I had done that I would not have been able to drink it. I mixed 2 scoops with 32oz of water & could barely choke it down. Now mixing 1 1/2 scoops per 32oz of water & still a bit too sweet. It also contains artificial colors, turns a very bright green when mixed. I will NOT finish this container & will go back to my old brand of BCAA.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          Great product! love this stuff! The b6 in it gives a little burst of energy, without the typical caffeine head rush...recommend this to any athlete or consistent gym hitter! I've only had the watermelon flavor, taste GREAT, so i've never found a reason to try other flavors

            My personal trainer introduced me to Xtend and I have used it in every workout since. He suggested I use it when dieting for my training so as not to lose muscle mass while cutting back a bit on calories. I love this product from the ease of use, taste and performance it gives. It is especially helpful in those early morning boot camp classes when you just get out of bed, mix it up and take it along with you as an alternative energy source when you dont eat breakfast first. It also helps with muscle recovery, (less soreness). I highly recommend Xtend.
