The label misleads the consumer by renaming sugar in other words such as monosaccharides, polysaccharides and isomalts.

Can I drink alcohol or caffeine while supplementing with Creatine Serum?

I have tried a lot of creatine products but the first couple of time I tried this I could not believe my workouts. I had to force myself to leave the gym. I stopped it and try some amino acids that my workout partners like but it was nothing compared to this product.
