This product shipped by itself, would have been well served to know this before hand as I would expect to wear supports on "both" wrists and not just one! The hook portion of the velcro is small so you need to have fairly large wrists to make it tight enought o provide the support needed. I ended up buying the cheaper Harbinger brand wraps that came in a pair and cost less than this individual item. They also have a longer section of velcro to tighten to desired support.

Provides good support for wrists! Only bad thing is prob the thumb loops, they may wear out and break over time. overall-good product!
