Effectiveness

With large meals

For someone that can not eat fish, like myself, this is an amazing product. I pop a hole in the gelcap and bite it to allow the oil to go over my taste buds. They use rosemary, citrus oil and oregeno oil to preserve the fish oils and it tastes great.
