Gives me a great energy boost for workouts and for my work which is quite physical, and the increase in mental awareness assists me to 'get things done'. It also has a noticeable supressive effect on appetite and gives a general feeling of well being. Only negative effect is that you quickly feel dehydrated so must drink lots of water during it's 10-12 hour effect span.

The only bad comment I could make about this product is like most supplements, you have to cycle off it.

A/A - 3 weeks on old local supply and going strong. Imported bottles arrived with a 'opened and by cleared customs' sticker inside the box. Still using it in the same way as original 'Peno' post and still going strong.

Just take one capsule in the morning and it will take the edge off your appetite for the whole day, gives you an energy boost and keeps you mentally sharp. They keep my weight down where I want it and very stable which my friends have noticed and commented on regularly. It really is a feel good look good thing which has improved my quality of life.

Does what is says - Kicks in nicely, lasts and doesn't appear to drop me in a hole at the end. Rather than taking two I use one in the morning and use a caffeine free pre-workout 30 before starting a session.

I was looking for help to loose few kilos fast just for summer. I'm healthy exercising everyday. Taking White Lighting was great feeling. No side effect, I'm very sensitive and was worried I will get heart palpitation or shortness of breath. But I feel fantastic and full of energy. Can push my self little more during exercise.

i use the product on days i don't have the energy i need to get through it. also my husbands job is dirty and long hours so he takes one on days he needs the pick-me-up. we don't use everyday so we haven't seen any side effects yet.

I've only recently got back into a heavy training regime of twice a day, 6 days a week. I've found white lightning to take a while to kick in (approx 30-40 mins although I weigh approx 95kg/205 pounds) but it gives me an excellent energy boost that lasts for an entire 2-3 hour session, whether I'm doing cardio, heavy lifting, relative strength training or a circuit involving all three. It provides excellent focus and is contributing to helping me cut excess fat as well. I thoroughly recommend the product.
