I usually take 4-6,480 IU every day, 2,480 in the morning, before workout, 2,000 around lunch, and another, some days, in the afternoon, with food, or milk. Feel as though it does improve energy, and strength, as well as dental, and bone strength

I recently found I had a borderline Vit D deficiency - probably because I avoid the sun so much. I don't like taking large pills but when these arrived I was so happy! The pills are small, round and have a gel casing. Of all my supplements, these are the easist to swallow. And for the 2,000 IU in each pill, these are definitely worth it!
