    I've been taking this twice a day i.e. before breakfast and lunch.

    To be honest with you this supplement didn't live up to its expecations.

    For starters, each serving is 3 BIG tablets. You can easily swallow em but the smell they give off and taste is horrid, especially as you're taking them on an empty stomach.

    You do get pump from the supplement but not as much as i expected. Once you leave the gym, withing half an hour the pump is gone.

    My recommendation, is to try some other nitric oxide supplement. I don't like taking it and the pump you get isnt worth the trouble. Maybe try another supplement such as a preworkout energy/nitric oxide as you will get better results from it.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
