To make long story short, This supplement is cost-effective, adds a boost to your daily menu and works well. Don't expect miracles but it does help. it says to take 4 a day which is pointless for anyone who does more than 3 days a week of strenuous activity. i take 4 in the mornin 5 during workout 5 after workout and 5 before bed with my shake things that are great about it is the b12(red blood cell) the more red blood cells you have the more nutrients u can have travel through your body, plus a faster recovery time b12 is essential for growth the only thing i dont like is they dont digest properly on a empty stomach so i bite them a few time before i swallow
