well if your going to use it once a week then ok!
after using it the handles broke on the fourth day
i do not recommend you buy if your going to do a couple hundred reps a day...

This product literally broke within minutes of use. The plastic that is covered by the foam handgrips is flimsy at best. Broke off after a couple of uses.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
