    This is the best carb supplement I've ever used. The combo of simple and complex carbs supports a long workout.
    This is part of my motivation to go to the gym and do an intense workout.
    I used this 20 yrs ago during my most productive training. Now I'm in my mid 60s and Ultra Fuel helps keep my energy level up so I can carry through a 2 hr workout.
