Any Mixing Needs

I use this shaker to mix my protein shakes. It takes a grand total of about 5 seconds to have a completely smooth shake. There is generally some foam at the top, but that is most likely just the milk and protein powder. It's very easy to clean, dishwasher safe (top or bottom).
