MET-Rx Triple Omega 3-6-9 provides a potent combination of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids needed for metabolic regulation and structural support. Omega-3's play an important role in supporting the immune system; by helping balance the bad fats in your diet.
We've also added Vitamin E to help protect muscle cells from free radical damage due to hard training.

Fish Oil
The best source of the Omega-3s EPA and DHA available. These omegas become incorporated into the muscle cell membrane, which is important for recovery from high intensity workouts that can take their toll on your body.*

Borage Oil
Supplies Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), an Omega-6 fatty acid that can only be made in limited quantities by the body. GLA works with the other fatty acids within Triple Omega to support joint and immune system recovery from hard training.*

Flax Oil
A concentrated source of Omega-9 fatty acids, which are important components of nerve cells. Since the nervous system works directly with the muscles to produce explosive power and strength, it is important to supply your body with adequate levels of Omega-9 fatty acids needed for proper functioning.

I take 2 softgels after breakfast and another 2 after dinner. It has that fishy burb which is good because that shows it is working. does not leave any fishy scent in mouth. Keep hearts and blood healty. It also builds muscle mass. I love it, and will always use it.

If you are working out or bodybuilding this is the omega you will need. there are other brand out there too but this one is tripple omega 3-6-9 which has all the fatty acids that your body need. very good product for a cheap price too thanks
