I use this product in the morning with my first meal and before bed. You don't have to take it with meal or food. After about a couple of days, I noticed that I had a ton of more energy and my workouts didn't drain me as bad. After a week I noticed that my sex drive and stamina increased. I didn't get any bigger but I did get stronger and I began to lean up at a pretty quick rate and I do not take any fat burners of any kind.

I recommend this product to guys that workout and for the guys that are 35 and up and are still active and working out. I am in that 30+ group now and this product stays with me. Helps keep me feeling 18 or 21; they both felt the same to me.

But seriously this is a great product. NOW makes a lot of great stuff and they stand behind it. I agree with them too. All of the products that I have used by NOW have been top of the line product and effective. Check them out guys.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
