    For me, i take this every day to help keep test levels up especially since i workout and do a cadio session 5 days a week. This is more a preventative measure as to keep my body from being overtrained and to help lose weight. I wouldnt recomend this by itself, but added to a good diet, exercise and supplements regim there is benefits. Notice added muscular hardness, definition and fat control. good stuff, but no WOW factor. worth buying though, especially due to price.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
