      I would highly recommend this product. I have been cycling this product for a couple of years now and it never disappoints. As long as you have a healthy diet to go with it as well as exercise you will see great results sooner than with diet and exercise alone.

      maybe I should have waited to use this product until after the move (that has lasted an entire month), but I wanted something to help get me back and kicking. The only major downsides that I've found to this product is that you have to drink a ton of water with it, or you will be extremely dehydrated.
