it odes hwta it says it does but at a price, it costs and does have a crazy jitter that comes with it. the full amount ur supposed to take three times a day justtakes anxiety to a whole new level and if taken within four hours of sleep u just wont sleep. i did trim down where i wanted as far as cuts go and it did help my pump.

I liked the product but think it worked best when i stacked it with cellmass or no-explode. overall good supplement

I started using the product a couple years back when I was severly overweight, it helped me slim down to a nice size in less than a month! I took a break and just started again, combinded with Nitrix I have those 6 pack abs that I wanted for the summer in less than 3 weeks! Awesome product and works quickly.
