Pre-Cleansing Kit:

Suggested Use:
Important: Avoid all toxins and unnecessary medication for at least 24 hours. NO food or liquids for 4 hours before using The Stuff Chewable.

Directions:
1. On the desired day of cleansing, start by
chewing the entire STUFF Chewable tablet followed by 24oz of water.
2. Wait 15 minutes. Drink another 24oz of water.
3. Allow 40 minutes for the Stuff Chewable to become effective.
4. Urinate frequently (1-2 times minimum)
