Tons of Soy protein (studies show soy protein can increase estrogen) 2. Concentrate Based (Far inferior to Whey Isolate) 3. Because its a concentrate - absorbtion remains low, Sodium/Cholesterol remains high... the list goes on. I wouldnt even recomend this protein to people i DONT like. Pros

Comments about BSN Syntha-6, 5.04 Lbs.: This product is good and has a good taste. I do not get hungry right away after I take it. I am halfway done with it. The only bad side effect is has "For Me" is that I have to go to the bathroom 30 min later. I have taken many different proteins in the past and have never had this problem. I might have to go back to my previous protein if this keeps on occurring. Pros

I like to use this before bedtime also, as the proteins digest more slowly. I workout, do Jiu Jitsu, Tang Soo Do, and cross train, and I always go for this stuff. Tastes great! Pros
