Comments about BSN Syntha-6, 2.91 Lbs.: 2 scoops(46g protein) per serving works best! 1 serving for breakfast, 1 an hour before lunch, 1 mid afternoon, 1/2 before evening workout and 1 serving immediately after workout. Banana, chocolate and strawberry are my favorites. Vanilla is ok, Muscle Milk has the best vanilla! Pros

Taste's great, mixes well, and is packed with everything I'm looking for in a protein supplement. Price vs. quantity is the only reason I didn't give this a 5. BSN's products are all a bit more expensive and I don't mind spending the extra $$ on their stuff. I will keep this protein in my rotation. Pros
